The Ballad of Buddy the Ass on the Savage Lovecast (Again) In 2025, advice columnist Dan Savage put out a call for songs to celebrate his revival of the Catholic holiday, the Feast of the Ass. I wrote the lyrics and asked my collaborator Randy Klein to set them to music in the style of classic Rankin/Bass animations.
